💊Do you take your daily vitamins?

I spent one year inside of Jesse Itzler’s Build Your Life Resume coaching group - and a foundation of the program was the concept of ‘Daily Vitamins.’

Daily Vitamins are things that you love to do for yourself.

Every. Single. Day.

When we don’t take time for ourselves it can lead to guilt, resentment, or even anger.

We all need our daily "nutrients." A daily dose of things we love.

What are the things that you love to do?

📚 Read.
🧘‍♂️ Stretch.
🚶‍♀️Take a walk.
☕ Sip a cup of coffee.
🧘‍♂️ Ten Minute meditation.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Spend time with your family.
🤝 Make a new personal connection.

Make a list.  Keep Track.

The goal is to complete 1-2 items from your list every day.

Do not underestimate the importance of taking time for yourself.

Here’s the key:

Be intentional with how you spend it.
