Daily Vitamins are things that you love to do for yourself.

Every. Single. Day.

When we donโ€™t take time for ourselves it can lead to guilt, resentment, or even anger.

We all need our daily "nutrients." A daily dose of things we love.

What are the things that you love to do?

๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธTake a walk.
โ˜• Sip a cup of coffee.
๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ Ten Minute meditation.
๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ Spend time with your family.
๐Ÿค Make a new personal connection.

Make a list. ย Keep Track.

The goal is to complete 1-2 items from your list every day.

Do not underestimate the importance of taking time for yourself.

Hereโ€™s the key:

Be intentional with how you spend it.
