Do you have a "shoulding" problem?

I should get up earlier in the morning and work out.
I should start eating healthier.
I should spend less time on social media.
I should get more sleep.

The more you use the word "should" the less likely you are to actually do that thing.

Should breeds shame.

Should gets in the way of real change.

Should is a cop-out.

Take notice, and simply STOP. 🛑

"I should" is not the most direct, powerful, and impactful way to say something.

Stop "shoulding" all over yourself.
