I channeled my inner Tony Robbins and followed his 10-minute morning routine for a week.

Here's what happened. šŸ‘‡šŸ¼


I like to test things.

I'm a scientist by nature (and education.)

So when I came across Tony Robbins' 10-minute priming exercise (swipe through the images below) I decided to give it a try.

Here's what happened:
šŸšØ Heightened alertness early in the morning.
šŸ’” A renewed sense of purpose.
šŸ§˜šŸ» Increased clarity and focus on outcomes that matter to me.
šŸ¤— Improvement in mood.

I'm generally skeptical when it comes to "mindset" exercises and following the habits of the self-improvement gurus.

But there's something here.

I've never been great about following a gratitude practice. I think I'm going to be more intentional here.

This entire sequence took me less than 7 minutes each morning.
