Prime Your Morning
I channeled my inner Tony Robbins and followed his 10-minute morning routine for a week.
Here's what happened. šš¼

I like to test things.
I'm a scientist by nature (and education.)
So when I came across Tony Robbins' 10-minute priming exercise (swipe through the images below) I decided to give it a try.
Here's what happened:
šØ Heightened alertness early in the morning.
š” A renewed sense of purpose.
š§š» Increased clarity and focus on outcomes that matter to me.
š¤ Improvement in mood.
I'm generally skeptical when it comes to "mindset" exercises and following the habits of the self-improvement gurus.
But there's something here.
I've never been great about following a gratitude practice. I think I'm going to be more intentional here.
This entire sequence took me less than 7 minutes each morning.
