There is a new (at least new to me) company called Dimdim that offers a free web conference platform for up to 20 users.
I have previously been using GoToMeeting.com, but will be trying Dimdim moving forward. They also have Pro and Enterperise versions, but for the average small business, I can’t imagine you would often exceed the 20-user limit. From their website:

I use Yugma for my FREE web conferencing and the free version also allows you to have up to 20 attendees! The interface is very nice an professional so check it out http://www.yugma.com

Have you tried out Mikogo for free web conferencing? This is a free program which is very easy and secure to use for online meetings, web presentations, remote support and more.
Mikogo was developed to make web conferencing free and easy to use for everyone: private users, small businesses, freelancers, etc, and not only large corporations.
The remote support function allows you to assist others over the web via remote keyboard/mouse control, or you can work together on the same document as your meeting participants. Great for real collaboration in real-time.

I want to suggest you try http://www.showdocument.com – its an alternative tool for dimdim that allows document sharing and web meeting in real-time. all the participants in the session see each others’ drawing, highlights, etc. It is free and requires no installation.
